Scott Johns is a tax attorney whose practice focuses on matters consisting of transactional tax planning (including business succession planning), domestic and international estate planning (including the preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements), and asset protection planning, with an emphasis on the efficient, multi-generational transfer of wealth.  As a component of Scott’s estate planning practice, Scott represents fiduciaries in matters of estate and trust administration and similarly represents beneficiaries in situations where the administration of an estate or trust is contested.

Scott holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and is licensed to practice in Florida and Ohio.
