Membership Dues: New membership dues are $300 (includes $50 initiation fee) and includes the cost of the 6 dinner meetings for the season.
APPLICATION MUST BE ATTESTED BY 2 SPONSOR MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE MCEPC. Please print the names of both of your sponsors. You may obtain their signature and date after your have completed and printed this application.
