The Martin County Property Appraiser’s office is tasked with locating, identifying, and valuing all real and tangible property that resides within the 543.46 square miles that makes up Martin County. Real property includes land and all buildings for commercial, residential, agriculture and industrial property. Tangible Personal Property is everything used in a business other than inventory and items of real estate and may include machinery, equipment, fixtures, and furniture. They are also responsible to maintain all property ownership records, parcel boundary maps, and administer all exemptions.
