MCECP March 2026 Virtual Lunch Meeting

As a senior vice president and regional purpose advisor for the PNC Private Bank® Purpose team, Heather advises ultra high net worth clients and families on how to seamlessly align their philanthropic and family objectives with their investment strategy. Heather leverages the capabilities of the three elements within the Purpose team: Philanthropy & Impact, the Hawthorn Institute for Family Success ® and Purpose Driven Investing. Achieving purpose driven goals often requires using more than just one lever, and this innovative combination represents the resources needed for families and individuals to execute on their purpose. Deploying capital to achieve purpose driven goals is an important consideration for many of our clients. Heather's experience and guidance eases the complexity of identifying and achieving purpose goals, helping each family or individual match their structure with their values.
Heather Falmen joined PNC Wealth Management in June 2011 as Relationship Manager. Heather was recruited to join PNC from her role as Assistant Director of Major Gifts/Director of Special Events for the University of Louisville’s Brown
Cancer Center. In that role, she sharpened her skills and abilities to effectively manage processes and work well with high net worth clients and donors. Her combined 20+ years of experience working in the non profit sector and with wealthy families prepared her well to become a regional purpose advisor.
Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in theater from Western Kentucky University and with honors with a Master of Liberal Arts in history and leadership from The University of Louisville. Heather holds the Chartered Advisory in
Philanthropy designation. Heather is the proud recipient of two highly respected awards: First, Louisville’s Young Philanthropist of the Year in 2001. This award recognizes an individual or a group of people ages 18 35 who demonstrate outstanding commitment to the Greater Louisville / Southern Indiana community through direct financial support, development of charitable programs, volunteering, and leadership in philanthropy. Heather also received PNC’s PEAK award. PNC's Asset Management Group annually recognizes select individuals across its lines of
