As Cheif Deputy Karl Anderson helps the Martin County Property Appraiser’s office with locating, identifying, and valuing all real and tangible property that resides within the 543.46 square miles that makes up Martin County. Real property includes land and all buildings and Tangible Personal Property which is everything used in a business other than inventory and items of real estate. They are also responsible to maintain all property ownership records, parcel boundary maps, and administer all exemptions.
